Man chops brother, packs remains in a bag

A man from Chief Marange went berserk and brutally murdered his brother, sliced his body into pieces before hiding the deceased's private parts in a beehive following a misunderstanding over meat.

Tonderai Kichini, 31, of Machiwanga Village allegedly dragged Tichaona Kichini's body from the room where he had butchered him and chopped it into several pieces using a knife and axe.

Tonderai went further to pack the deceased's body parts into two 50kg sacks and threw them into a disused well. He also took Tichaona's head and private parts and hid them in a beehive.

Manicaland provincial police spokesman, Assistant Inspector Luxson Chananda, confirmed the brutal murder.
