Mugabe's government dragged to court

President Robert Mugabe's government has been dragged to court as employers seek to reverse some of the hasty changes made to the country's labour laws in August.

Although documents could not be obtained last night, Emcoz executive director John Mufukare confirmed the group had approached the High Court challenging parts of the amended law.

Caroline Mugabe of Lunga Attorneys one of the lawyers working on the application were challenging parts of the country's labour law amended following July 17 Supreme Court ruling.
