Bulawayo ignore #ZimShutdown 3.0

The planned #ZimShutDown 3.0 in Bulawayo has found no takers as it is business as usual within the Central Business District.

Government offices, banks, shops and flee markets are operating normally.

Commuter omnibuses are moving smoothly.

There is hardly any police presence within the Central Business District.

By mid afternoon Bulawayo24.com saw several police officers in a bank queue at POSB.
