Son threatens to kill father

PLUMTREE - A 27‑year‑old man has appeared in court after allegedly threatening to kill his 72‑year‑old father with a knife.  

Kudzai Trust Last Ndlovu was brought before Plumtree magistrate Joshua Nembaware facing charges of threats to murder. He was remanded in custody to December 18.  

The state alleges that on December 11 Ndlovu returned home drunk and began fighting with his brother. When his father, Mackson Ndlovu, tried to intervene, the accused allegedly threatened to stab him.  

He is said to have shouted at his father and brandished a knife, vowing to kill him.
