South Africa has a Zuma problem

Here's a copy of the intellectually embarrassing judgment handed down today by the Constitutional Court of South Africa, politically disqualifying former President Jacob Zuma from standing for election to the National Assembly in South Africa on spurious grounds.
The poorly written judgment - which reads like a sophomoric term paper littered with clichés and textbook dogmas - reeks of naked and primitively personalised anti-Zuma politics badly disguised as jurisprudence.

South Africa's Constitutional Court, which was used by white monopoly capital in that country to exacerbate the problem - by denying Zuma his fundamental human rights when it sentenced him to a shocking 15-months prison term for contempt as a court of first and last instance leaving him with nowhere to appeal - has squandered yet another opportunity to extricate itself from its own mess and made a bad situation worse by coming up with an outrageous and self-serving political judgment that will not pass the test of time!
