Veteran goalkeeper Tapuwa Kapini has bounced back into the Warriors fold after being included into the squad to face Tanzania in Tuesday's international friendly in Dar es Salaam.

Kapini's teammate at AmaZulu Carlington Nyadombo is the other foreign-based player named in the 22-member squad.

Highlanders captain Innocent Mapuranga has also made it into Ian Gorowa's squad since his last call up during Rahman Gumbo's tenure last year.

Expected to make their Warriors debut are Triangle striker Misheck Mburayi, the Hwange trio of defender Gerald Ndlovu, Isaac Masame and Nkosana Siwela as well as Black Rhinos midfielder Wonder Kapinda.

In-form Buffaloes defender Themba Ndlovu has also been rewarded with a place in the team.

The Warriors are expected to start trooping into camp tonight before they leave for Tanzania tomorrow in two batches.

The first batch departs at 2am while the second at noon.

Kapini, Nyadombo and South African-based Gorowa will fly straight to Dar es Salaam from their bases.

Since beating South Africa 2-1 away in an international friendly in September, the Warriors have not been involved in any assignments.

They could not agree on a friendly proposed by Egypt in September and could not secure funds to take part in the West Africa Football Union Nations Cup slated for later this month.

After the Egypt friendly hit a brick wall, the North Africans roped in Zimbabwe's Group B opponents at Chan, Uganda for two friendlies.
