Why did the chicken cross the road? Hold up, its like this…so four guys walk into a theatre right. One is Carl Joshua Ncube, the biggest stand up comedian in the world; from Zimbabwe. The 2nd is Clive Chigubu, the hottest & youngest stand up comedian in the world; from Zimbabwe. CDE Fatso is next, the only white comedian in the world; from Zimbabwe and Ntando Van Moyo, the wittiest of all comedians in the world; from Zimbabwe.
LMFAO is the biggest Stand Up Comedy Show happening in Bulawayo featuring comedy kings and princes of Zimbabwe's mushrooming comedy sector.
To different people, LMFAO means different things especially within modern colloquial language and social networking and communication. To the team behind the LMFAO concept and Comedy show, this acronym means Laughing My F@#*ing A$$ Off and translates into the most inventive, ground breaking, appealing and must see comedy show in Zimbabwe.
This show is set to be biggest and funniest Stand Up Comedy Show of the year in Zimbabwe or any other year. The show will bring onto one stage, Bulawayo and Harare, Ndebele and Shona, white and black, ghetto and posh cultures, sharing and interacting with audiences from all sorts of backgrounds using the medium of stand up comedy.
The vision is to take this show to all 53 capital cities in Africa. This vision seeks to bring a different dimension and understanding of Zimbabwean life, our day to day, our trials, our successes and our laughter. LMFAO is a modern culture, arts and heritage preservation and promotion show through the medium of comedy, performance arts and audio-visual technology.
Parts of the mammoth tour will be broadcast on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and other relevant distribution channels.
LMFAO is made possibly by Bantu Arts Inc which is a young company that is made up of the youngest performance arts hustlers from Bulawayo, rick rossing it ,you know… Getting that Barack and Michelle Obama and Jacob Zuma money, doing their laughing thing thing thing, you know (shrugging shoulders), Doing US.
Principal workers, Mr Butshilo Nleya and Mr Tswarelo Mothobe have over 10 years experience in performing, hosting and presenting arts events and guarantee nothing but laughs and no refunds or exchanges, just like the chinese shops. Several sponsors and LMFAO buddies have contributed immensely to the Bulawayo edition, Alliance Francaise de Bulawayo, Deck Magazine,
Mkhaya music, 10th District, Initiative arts, Born to life Arts and media and the list keeps growing like an unattended Zesa bill.
