Healthy, smiling Grace Mugabe in SA with Robert

Contrary to media reports that Grace Mugabe was gravely ill and suffering from cancer, Zimbabwe's first lady appeared healthy and cheerful when she jetted into South Africa with her husband President Robert Mugabe on Tuesday.

Grace, who was dressed in a dress with blue trim, appeared fit and strong.

The first lady was last week reported to be seriously ill, with the media quoting family sources as saying she had cancer.
