Mthwakazi still ruled with oppressive British initiated constitution

Mthwakazi activist Hloniphani Ncube has said that Mthwakazi is still ruled with oppressive British initiated constitution which needs to be reversed.
"As Mthwakazi we have not yet tested freedom policy wise. For example the ZANU PF government adopted a lot of the British policies the key ones for today being the laws governing community association and death sentence. In community association they rephrased the Law and Order Maintenance Act (LOMA) which was introduced by the Smith administration and called the similar act as the Public Order ànd Security Act (POSA). It is my belief that such acts must not exist in a democratic society," he said.
"The most painful aspect is that death penalty does not apply to politicians who commits the real gross crimes against humanity that may deserve such a sentence. For example in Zimbabwe we have Robert Mugabe, Emmerson Munangagwa and other cronies who crafted and implemented the killings of more than 20 000 innocent people on the basis of being Ndebeles but they are free and no policing institution in Zimbabwe can prosecute these killers."
He said these people committed more than 20 000 counts of murder amongst other corruption charges but with such criminal records the judiciary system does not touch them.
"Personally I would go for life imprisonment in cases of murder because no human being must be mandated to kill another human being. I believe in rehabilitation centres rather than prisons. As Mthwakazi the Shona grand plan murdered a lot of our people and our society needs healing and freedom," he said.
"In Zimbabwe it is a crime to gather with more than three friends discussing issues in public, one has to ask for a clearance. There is also no public broadcaster in fact there is a ruling party broadcasting service in our case being ZBC. This was designed to hinder our people from receiving real news. ZBC is a tool of propaganda that has been used to shonalise Mthwakazi. Our kids grow up listening to Shona music and being taught by Shona teachers. This situation cannot be allowed to go on."
