WATCH: Zambia calls on AU to intervene in its diplomatic dispute with Zimbabwe

Zambia is calling on the African Union and the Southern African Development Community to intervene in its diplomatic dispute with Zimbabwe.

This comes after President Emmerson Mnangagwa allegedly told Russian President Vladimir Putin that the U.S. has been supplying weapons to Zambia to consolidate power in the region and isolate Zimbabwe.
