National People's Party (NPP) spokesperson Methuseli Moyo has said although he does not like first lady Grace Mugabe, but he was in agreement with her attacks on President Robert Mugabe's spokesperson George Charamba.
Grace attacked Charamba for favouring one faction against the other in the coverage by the state media.
"I hate to say it. But I must admit. For once I agree with Grace Mugabe. George Charamba deserves what he got from his boss's wife at Chinhoyi today. George Charamba is a classic example of how-not-to-be-a-vicil-servant. He is abusing his proximity to the president to bully and terrorise others," Moyo said.
"He has (or had) captured the state media and abusing it to advance his tribesmen Emmerson Mnangagwa's presidential ambitions. During my stay at ZBC, I had one very nusty and only personal encounter with Charamba which I am tempted to document one of these days for the enjoyment of those who don't tolerate bullies. I don't. On that score, I salute Grace Mugabe for felling that misguided bully of a civil servant."
