HIGHLANDERS coach Erol Akbay said he could not get a chance to meet his fellow countrymen who visited the country in the past days as a result of a busy schedule.
Akbay said the last time he was in Holland, Patrick Kluivert was holding some training sessions near his home.
"I was surprised they are in the country. Kluivert was just about 10 kilometers from where I stay holding some training the last time I was at home," said Akbay.
Barcelona legends Kluivert, Rayco Garcia and Edgar Davids have been in the country for the past week.
"I was just too busy to try and get a chance to talk to him (Kluivert). I hope I will get some time to talk to him for a few minutes. That will be great. I have had a very busy schedule in the past week."
Today Akbay will be leading a full strength Highlanders side against the Defence Forces team at National Sports Stadium.
It has not been a good period for Bosso who are trying hard to get back on track in the league race and they will be hoping that the match will give them good practice.
"It is a serious game for us and we have to make sure we win to improve our confidence," he said.
