MRP Leader to appear in court on Friday

Mthwakazi Republic Party President Mqondisi Moyo is set to appear in court on the 10th of November 2017 at Tredgold court 2 at 08:30am.
The Lawyer representing him Mr Maqhawe Mpofu of Abammeli Lawyers for Human Rights Network, is set to apply for discharge of the case before trial this coming Friday, if he doesn't succeed he may apply for the matter to be referred to the Constitutional Court since we are convinced that this matter is purely a political motivated case, meant to disturb, intimidate and or disrupt MRP programs.
