EU deploys election observers to Zimbabwe for the first time since 2002

This afternoon, EU Ambassador to Zimbabwe Philippe Van Damme and Foreign Affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo signed a memorandum of understanding for the deployment of the EU Election observation mission.
