ConCourt bench misfired - Jonathan Moyo

Former Zanu PF politburo member Jonathan Moyo has said the Constitutional Court bench misfired by legitimasing the rigged election, which people cannot accept just because it was done by the bench.

The ConCourt dismissed MDC Alliance petition seeking to overturn Emmerson Mnangagwa's victory as it claimed Nelson Chamisa was the winner.

"If the full bench of the Constitutional Court says today is Sunday when everyone knows it's a Saturday, should we just agree simply & only because the full bench has said so? No. In any event, the culture of unanimous judgments by a constitutional court is anachronistic crap," Moyo tweeted.
