Social Movement Tajamuka/Sesjikile in conjunction with the opposition MDC and #ThisFlag will stage a protest on Monday at the UCT Academic Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa where Vice President Constantino Chiwenga is reported to be admitted.

Reports indicate that Chiwenga was admitted at Avenues Clinic on Wednesday until around 7pm.His situation deteriorated, forcing him to be airlifted to Cape Town.

A message from Tajamuka said, "Chiwenga is at the 6th floor in the heart unit. He is admitted at the UCT academic hospital. It's a hospital in the same building with Groote schurr but it's facing the east side. Let us come in our multitudes to send him back home.

Commenting on the protest Spokesperson of Tajamuka Promise Mkwanzi said, "We removed (Former Vice President Mphoko) from the staying at the hotel at the taxpayers' money. Shuwari, we can remove the Generari."

Chiwenga is accused of firing doctors and nurses in Zimbabwe knowing that he will seek medication in foreign countries when he is taken ill.

Chiwenga's health had improved in recent months after being taken ill in October last year and being airlifted to South Africa then for close to a month.

Last year at his sister's burial Chiwenga suggested he was paying the price for removing Mugabe, triggering speculation he might have been poisoned.

A South African church leader Pastor Alph Lukau issued a prophecy that Chiwenga stepped on a lion's tail. He said he was willing to pray for him but the problem was the Vice President was an unbeliever.

Key members of President's Mnangagwa's team including Foreign Affairs minister Sibusiso Busi Moyo, Presidential advisor Christopher Mutsvangwa and Vice President kembo Mohadi have taken ill since the November 2017 coup.
