Minister Mupfumira denied bail...to spend 21 days in prison

Minister of Tourism Prisca Mupfumira was denied bail on Saturday morning by Acting chief Magistrate Munamato Mutevedzi.
She was remanded to 21 days in custody.
The court said the evidence given by the defence lawyer Charles Chinyama contradicts with Section 32 3b of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act which he raised.
