Court suspends Mafume's suspension yet again

The High Court has set aside local government minister July Moyo's suspension of Harare mayor Jacob Mafume yet again.

Justice Mafusire's ruling confirms Mafume as the substantive mayor of Harare.

Moyo had appointed Stewart Mutizwa as puppet acting mayor.
