Mutoko woman bashes hubby's girlfriend

A jealous Mutoko woman could not let her husband's girlfriend live in peace and went to assault her at her place in a bid to stop her from cheating with her husband.
The matter came to light at Mutoko magistrates courts on Thursday were Dorica Chambata (46) was slapped with $6000 fine by Mutoko magistrate Elijah Sibanda.
The court heard that on June 16 Chambata stormed at Nazreen Jack's homestead and accused her of cheating with her husband.
The two exchanged words and a scuffle ensued.
Chinambata picked an iron bar and struck Jack three times before throwing fists all over the girlfriend's body.
Jack managed to escape and went to the police station where she filed a police report.
Nathan Majuru prosecuted.
