"At the close of the nomination court, only Zanu-PF and CCC had successfully filed names of candidates and they are the ones that will have seats under proportional representation," she said.
Mrs Mpofu said the revolutionary party has six provincial council seats while CCC has four.
Cdes Colletta Mutambisi, Ernest Samson, Melania Mahiya, Kandros Mugabe, Raviro Ngwenya and Phineas Makombe will represent Zanu-PF in the provincial council.

Under the women's quota, Cdes Variet Nhari, Perseverance Zhou, Rutendo Mpofu and Tsitsi Zhou will represent Zanu-PF while Ms Emma Muzondiwa and Ms Sekai Marashe will represent CCC.
Representing Zanu-PF in the senate will be Cde Tsitsi Muzenda, Dr Frederick Shava, Cde Maybe Mbowa and Engineer Daniel Mackenzie Ncube. CCC on the other hand will be represented by Mrs Sisasenkosi Ndebele and Mr Sesil Zvidzai. Cde Kudakwashe Mnangagwa will represent the youth quota for Zanu-PF.
