Another bid for freedom by Baba Jukwa suspects, Edmund Kudzayi and his brother Philip, has again hit a snag after a Harare magistrate ruled that the two should remain on remand pending trial.
Magistrate Mr Milton Serima said it would not be in the interest of justice to grant the suspects' application for refusal of further remand.
Serima said considering the complex nature of the offence, State should be given ample time to finalise their territorial investigations.
Magistrate also said the two brothers have to be patient and wait for Assistant Commissioner Makedenge's investigations in the USA.
According to the State, Makedenge left the country for USA to meet Facebook and Google officials to aid the State case.
The suspects were remanded to November 14.
