How Mine 1 - 0 Dynamos

Castle Premiership new boys How Mine pulled off an upset when they defeated reigning champions Dynamos 1-0 at Luveve Stadium on Saturday.

The gold miners, who were promoted from the first division this season, scored the all-important goal in the 21st minute through forward Simba Sithole.

Former Quelaton winger, Timothy January provided the assist for Sithole's goal in an exciting first half. DeMbare were not able to recover after going down.

The defeat which was Dynamos' second of the season heavily dented the Glamour Boys' chance of catching log leaders Harare City, who beat Hwange 2-1 at Rufaro Stadium on Saturday.

Harare City now have 31 points from 16 games while Dynamos remain on 28 points from the same number of games.

In Saturday's other match, Triangle beat police side Black Mambas 1-0 at Morris Depot.
