RIGHT on the heels of snatching Warriors defender Teenage Hadebe on a three-year deal, Absa Premiership giants Kaizer Chiefs are reportedly monitoring another Zimbabwean player Tanaka Chinyahara.
"He is training with us and we are still monitoring him. He is a great young player but we are yet to make a decision on him," said Chiefs head coach Steve Kompela.
The 21-year-old midfielder, who played for Bidvest Wits and Kaizer Chiefs juniors before moving to Hobro IK in the Danish Superliga, is currently a free agent after leaving Hobro in Denmark.
He struggled to make an impact in Europe following his move from Bidvest Wits as a teenager back in 2015.
Earlier in the year Chinyahara trained with Harare giants Dynamos but a deal failed to materialise.
If Chinyahara does happen to make the grade at Amakhosi he will join fellow countrymen Hadebe, ex-Warriors captain Willard Katsande and Edmore Chirambadare.
