AC Milan Junior Camp Trials Africa 2012

Background information:
As the World Wide Scholarships programme we partnered with the AC Milan Youth Programme about 1 year ago to handle the recruiting and linking of Africa's talent to the vast amount of opportunities they have available in soccer through the AC Milan Junior Camp programme and the AC Milan Continental Cup tournament.
The opportunities for those who get scouted are as follows:
Participant age groups for the Milan Junior Camp Africa award are:
U 8 , U9, U10,U11,U13 and U14 (Not for 12 year olds. Participant must be U14 until October 15, 2011)
Participant age groups for AC Milan Continental Cup are:

U 8, U9, U11, U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18, U19
This opportunity is open to players of all age groups and teams who get an invitation to participate in AC Milan Continental Cup in July 2012
In 2011 there was a group of 200 soccer players chosen from the 1500 participants who qualify for this opportunity. All of which have been enrolled into the WWS Academy to develop their training for other soccer opportunities world wide.
Participant age groups for University / College Sports Scholarship opportunities are:
U15, U 17, U 19
Opportunities at this level are dependant on academic qualifications and ability which is linked with our database of over 2000 universities and colleges internationally
Participant age groups for the professional opportunities are:
U 21 AND ABOVE
2012 REGISTRATION FOR THE AC MILAN JUNIOR CAMP TRIALS IS OPEN NOW!!
The AC Milan Junior Camp Zimbabwe is an initiative that is set to open nationwide this weekend. Registration is open to all participants in Zimbabwe and there will be four events in Zimbabwe this year one in Mutare, Bulawayo and two in Harare.
Zimbabwe Event Dates:
June 23 â€" 24 Harare
July 21 and 22 Mutare
August 4 and 5 Bulawayo
Final Selection Event of all of Zimbabwe talent
August 13 â€" 18 Harare

In August 2011 highlights were:
The event was well subscribed with kids coming from as far a Gwanda and as close as Kuwadzana where one of the chosen kids actually came from. It was exciting and after 5 days of scouting we broke a group of 1500 participants to 200 of whom gained access to the opportunities below.
There were 60 children from the group of 1500 who tried out who were chosen for this opportunity.
