Former Plymouth Argyle left-back Onismor Bhasera is on trial with Championship side Yeovil Town.
The 26-year-old Zimbabwean international is at Huish Park after a spell with Turkish Super League side Elazigspor.
The left back, who is currently a free agent after refusing to sign a contract extension with English League Two side Plymouth Argyle.
Bhasera's agent, Ralph Nkomo, confirmed that the left back is undergoing a trial with Yeovil.
"As you know, Onismor was supposed to go to Turkey this coming weekend, but Gary Johnson (Yeovil manager) contacted us and said he would like to have a closer look at him.
"If all goes well, Onismor could sign for Yeovil soon, but of course that would depend on what they put on the table," said Nkomo.
Bhasera made over 100 appearances for Plymouth Argyle in his three year stint, before his contract expired at the end of June.
