Watch this video of a group of people in Cape Town, South Africa, complaining to SABC News that the police had confiscated their human excrement.
They confirmed they were on their way to the provincial legislature, they're opposing the portable toilet system, and wanted to highlight this at the city's center of power.
A smaller group demonstrated in front of the provincial legislature, where a memorandum of demands was handed over.
Full transcription: "As usual the police were used to take our faeces because it's our own faeces, we didn't take anyone's faeces, it was our own faeces that we produce every day (indecipherable bit). But now the Police are taking our faeces and we don't even know where are the police taking our faeces to, because our faeces didn't commit any crime."
