Minister caught on camera pleasurising himself

The Deputy Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, has been fired by the president, Joseph Kabila, after a video of the Minister pleasurising himself inside his office went viral on social media.
According to reports, Sebineza was captured pants down by a hidden camera, pulling his trouser down and giving himself a hand job till he e.jaculated.
The 54-year-old Sebineza, who is said to be a notable Tutsi of the Congolese Banyamulenge community has been a President of his community (SHIKAMA) and for many years assumed important responsibilities in the province of South Kivu, was caught in the four minutes and 27 seconds video, causing a great scandal with many calling on the president to sack him, something Kabila finally carried out reluctantly.
Sebineza was clearly seen as captured by a webcam sitting in his office with the official portrait of Kabila in the background and the flag of the country installed properly, get his manhood out to m.asturbate, e.jaculate, before cleaning up.
The 4 minutes, 27 seconds video went viral on Thursday April 28, showing the Democratic Republic of Congo state minster for posts telecommunications having a quickie alone with his pants down.
The minister made use of a white piece of white cloth to clean off the mess afterwards.
The video shows the minster looking very happy and excited after the m.asturbating.
He puts his 'produce' in the dustbin and resumes his work.
All this happened in front of the official portrait of President Joseph Kabila and country's national flag.
Congolese however took to social media with the hastag #SebinezaMustGo which went viral.
The president later succumbed to public pressure and fired the minister on April 30, 2016.
