Man seek review of child maintenance from $100 to $30

A Harare man Milton Mutema has dragged his ex- wife Brenda Nyamombe to court seeking a review down wards of the maintenance money he pays towards the up keep of their child.
Mutema was previously ordered to pay $100 maintenance to his ex- wife towards the up keep of their child.
He appealed to the court to review it down wards to $30per month but Brenda opposed the appeal saying $30 was too little and only if he can pay $50 it would make sense.
The magistrate Yeukai Dzuda ordered him to pay $50 per month.
