An unknown foreign national was nabbed after trying to steal from a car parked in Harare Cnr Angwa and Jason.
He and his accomplices, who managed to escape, came in a black BMW 318 and used two scissors to unlock a Toyota Avensis and stole laptops from the car.
The man, pictured, was caught in the act after he decided to try his luck for a second time.
He was taken to Harare central while the others fled the scene.
