Cowdray Park resident in trouble for selling dagga

A man from Cowdray Park in Bulawayo is in trouble after he was caught red handed selling mbanje by members of the neighbourhood watch committee.
Methuseli Masina (36) appeared in court on Wednesday and was being charged of possession and selling of illegal drug.
The court was told hat on May 22 at 12:30pm at Wilsgrove mine accused approached a member of the neighbourhood watch committee Sikhumbuzo Khanye saying he was selling dagga.
Khanye asked him to produce the dagga and he showed him 8 cobs of dagga which were in a small blue bag.
Khanye then arrested him. He was taken to the Criminal Investigations Department drugs section where the dagga was weighed and it weighed 750g with a street value of $750.
