Shortages of resources within the Zimbabwe Republic Police, a cop was captured sitting on stones at a police base in Mushumbi, Mbire district, Mashonaland Central.
When contacted for comment officer commanding Guruve district chief Superintendent Faith Tshlomani dismissed the picture saying they have sufficient resources in Mushumbi.
"That is not from Mushumbi may be some other stations.
"The Mushumbi that l know has resources," she said.
