The Mthwakazi Republic Party has hailed villagers in Nkayi for attending its rallies held in the area ;last week.

"We would like to thank the people of Nkayi for their unwavering support which they showed us, we managed to conduct six successful campaign rallies in Nkayi district of which all had a good attendance," said MRP.

"The villagers from Nkayi north and south had no kind of words for Abednico Bhebhe who hails from Filabusi and Sithembiso Nyoni is also is a foreigner from Midlands province. The two were deliberately imposed on them by their Harare parties MDC T and ZANU PF to prey on our people."

"As we have always said that Matabeleland North province is trailing behind in terms of development, whether be economic activity, education, soccer, politics or anything yet the bootlickers in-chief of the ZANU PF dictator are from the province. Talk of the late VP John Nkomo, current VP Phelekezela Mphoko, ZANU PF Chief strategist Professor Jonathan Moyo, recently promoted Cain Matema, Mugabe's loyalist Sithembiso Nyoni, Jacob Mudenda, Sithokozile Mathuthu, Mugabe's Obedient son Obert Mpofu as well as Jabulani Sibanda, among other known warvets or Shona deploys or whatever way you may label them."

The party said the mentioned people have failed Matabeleland North completely.

"The Nkayi road construction started  more than three decades ago and it has not been completed not even quarterly. Some people who were born when the construction started have died without realising the dream of a complete better road. Two of MRP team vehicles from Bulawayo had breakdowns because of the bad roads. It takes up to five hours to cover only a hundred kilometre journey, yet these ZANU PF stooges are only there to protect Robert Gabriel Mugabe at the expense of development," said the party.

"Team MRP spent the weekend in Nkayi district and managed to distribute party fliers in many villages, and the team was welcomed by most village heads, and local business people around Nkayi districts among all other traditional leaders who we visited since we are a party that respects and recognise traditional leadership."

The party said at Simbo the party addressed well above three thousand villagers.

"And the rest of the rallies had a good attendance. This time we had little harassment from the police and the CIO, besides the fact that two of the rallies were deliberately cleared late almost two hours before the scheduled time and that affected our planning," said MRP.

"Sithembiso Nyoni also spent the weekend in Nkayi trying to mobilise against Team MRP rallies but to no avail. Both MRP Paliamentery candidates for Nkayi North and South Cdes Collen Mangena and Thembisani Mpofu "Mfulongatshi" respectively pledged to fight for their people in their respective constituencies if elected into office in 2018. The two party candidates had sponsored soccer tournaments at Simbo and Sebhumane respectively as part of encouraging youths in Nkayi district to take sports seriously."

MRP President who led the party's National executive to Nkayi, thanked the people of Nkayi for coming in their numbers to support the people's party.

Moyo further encouraged people to make an effort and go and register to Vote. This is almost like our Mthwakazi Restoration Refurundum, your votes will lift our struggle for Self-determination to another level.

"We are aware of your problems and we will do everything in our power to help you but you need to play your part, and that is to register to vote and vote Team MRP," Moyo said.

"Nkayi district is urgently in need of Leadership renewal, as well as the Matabeleland North and the rest of the country needs it, the old guard have failed us and it's high time people elect new blood particularly team MRP. The only Matabeleland party that stands for truth, peace and Justice in our life time. We remain constistant in our call for a better Mthwakazi."

Khomayanga, Sebhumane, Gwelutshena and Simbo villagers are the ones who hosted MRP this time following our successful rallies at Cross Zenka and Mpumelelo during their first visit three months ago and were in agreement with them that it's now time for Mthwakazi's Self-determination.

"Our people promised us that they will never be dominated by Harare parties again. Sisonke sizokulungisa Mthwakazi Omuhle, ondlela zimhlophe. Yithi Abantu Abantu Yithi. Asisafuni Bumbulu njalo asikhathali futhi Asibuyeli emuva," said the MRP.
