Grandpa proposes to teen girl, shows her his member

There was drama in Muzarabani when a 67-year-old grandpa allegedly removed his par of trousers under the influence of an illicit beer (kachasu) and exposed his manhood to a girl.

Dasiano Chioko of Marufu village chief Kasekete appeared before Guruve resident magistrate Mr Shingirai Mutiro yesterday accused of public indecent.

Chioko pleaded not guilty and was remanded to 24 November on free bail for continuation of trial.

Public prosecutor Ms Spiwe Makarichi told the court that at a date not known to her this year, "Chioko unlawfully and with indecent intent , removed his trousers and exposed himself within the view of the 14 year old girl, realising that there was real risk of possibility that the minor might have not have consented to it."

However, Chioko denied the case saying he was drunk and did not remove his trousers as alleged, but instead he slapped the girls bums .

"Your worship I was very drunk on the date in question, but I can recall that I slapped the girl's bums since I had admired them," he said.
