The fund is managed by MPs and senators.
However, some converted the funds to their personal use are a refusing to account.
This has led to the Constitutional and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Eric Matinenga seeking the assistance of the Anti-Corruption Commission and police to probe.
They face arrest.
The legislators are Minister of State for National Healing, Reconciliation and Integration Sekai Holland (MDC-T), Public Service Minister Lucia Matibenga (MDC-T) and Health and Child Welfare Deputy Minister Douglas Mombeshora (MDC-T).
Marvelous Khumalo (St Mary's, MDC-T), Peter Chanetsa (Hurungwe North, Zanu PF), Edward Chindori-Chininga (Guruve South, Zanu-PF) and Naison Nemadziva (Buhera South, MDC-T), Franco Ndambakuwa (Magunje, MDC-T), Abraham Sithole (Chiredzi East, ZANU-PF) and Lawrence Mavima (Zvishavane-Runde, Zanu PF).
Some of the legislators are alleged to have diverted their allocations to personal use.

"The majority of MPs complied but the submission of the returns does not mean CDF funds were used or not used for the intended purpose," he added.
