This @ZBCNewsonline reporter says Govans Shopping Centre polling station in Norton has 611 registered voters as per its voters roll. He then interviews the polling station's Presiding Officer who says 992 (out of the 611) registered voters voted. Sounds like 10 + 4 = 40! @ZECzim pic.twitter.com/CJsiFpD6vH
