Lawyers dump #ShutdownZimbabwe protestors

The Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights (ZLHR) have reportedly dumped accused persons who were arresting over the violent protests that rocked the country on January14.
Opposition activist Josphat ‘Mzaca' Ngulube who is one of the accused persons said, "ZHLR has dumped us on the last minute it's withdrawing lawyers who were representing us on this case of 3 ZANU PF cars that were burnt and public violence we were just told in court that they have ran out of funding."
Ngulube was arrested with one DJ Marshal Mpofu for allegedly taking part in the violence that rocked resulting in the destruction of property worth millions of dollars.
He is among 10 other suspects are accused of having burnt three cars, destroying a precast wall and breaking several windows of a house belonging to ZANU PF Bulawayo provincial women's league chairperson Eva Bitu.
The January were sparked by President Emmerson Mnangagwa's decision to triple the price of fuel.
His decision was followed by a nationwide stayaway called by Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions which turned into violent demonstrations.
The violent protests were invited the wrath of the security forces who implemented a brutal crackdown on citizens after the Minister of State Security instructed the Internet Service Providers to shutdown internet.
