ZUJ SG nominated FAJ observer in Sudanese elections

The Zimbabwe Union of Journalists (ZUJ) Secretary General Foster Dongozi has been nominated as a Federation of African Journalists (FAJ) observer in the forthcoming general elections in the Republic of Sudan this month.
ZUJ announced the developments indicating that the Sudan elections will be held on April 13 this year.
"Zimbabwe union of Journalists is pleased to announce that the Secretary General, Foster Dongozi has been nominated as a Federation of African Journalists (FAJ) observer in the observation process for the forthcoming general elections which will be held on 13th April in the Republic of Sudan," ZUJ said.
The organisation indicated that on behalf of all members of Pan African Organisation, it do hereby accept the invitation and confirm its participation to join the observer mission in Sudanese National Elections and called for the Sudanese Election Commission to supervise and organize fair and free transparent elections.
The names of the observers expected from the Federation of African Journalists are Foster Dongozi from Zimbabwe and Mohammed Bchir Chakakou of Tunisia.
"ZUJ welcomes the development and has confirmed its participation to join the Sudanese National Elections Commission to supervise and organize transparent elections," the organisation announced.
