Zanu-PF to strip Bhasikiti of party assets

Expelled former Minister of State for Provincial Affairs Kudakwashe Bhasikiti is set to lose his assets including a party issued vehicle and farm after a resolution taken by the Zanu-PF Masvingo province leadership.

Masvingo provincial acting chairman, Paradzai Chakona said plans were at an advanced stage to strip Bhasikiti of benefits and properties that he is not entitled to.

Chakona said they intend to repossess a vehicle the former Politburo member received to campaign ahead of the 2013 general elections.

He also said the former Mwenezi East National Assembly member's 400 hectare farm in Mwenezi would be subdivided to allocate to some landless people.
