'Mugabe has no heart'

President Robert Mugabe's alleged heart attack scare has sparked social media frenzy with some saying the attack was impossible as he has "no heart".
Traditional, very January rumours of Mugabe's death surface and this year it's no exception.
He turns 92 next month.
On twitter, under handler account Trends Zimbabwe™ @TrendsZim, the heart attack talks were sarcastically squashed.
Zimbabweans have dismissed Mugabe rumour saying: "Mugabe cannot have a heart attack. He doesn't have a heart."
You Found Wally under @Truthissimply wrote, "BREAKING: Zimbabwean President now fitted with mechanical heart & microprocessor brain, henceforth will be known as Robot Mugabe."
Two years ago Gumisai Manduwa was arrested for posting on his Facebook page that Mugabe had died and his body was being preserved in a freezer.
