Fraud accused Higher Education Minister Jonathan Moyo is on a witch-hunt to fish out people who leaked his private letter to President Robert Mugabe.

Moyo who is on the ropes over Zimdef funds abuse wrote to Mugabe on September 29 through Cabinet Secretary Misheck Sibanda declaring that he wont handover himself to the Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission.

He accused Goodson Nguni of pushing Zanu PF factional lines.

"I will not submit myself to any Zacc investigation, whose investigation committee is headed by Goodson Nguni, who has proven beyond any reasonable doubt that his committee is no better than a kangaroo outfit pursuing a factional agenda" he wrote to Sibanda.

"I am prepared and ready to assert this right by taking the matter to the Constitutional Court" he added.

In parliament yesterday Moyo's fraud allegations.

He took to twitter to give a hint on his next plan.

"After some questions raised today in Parly & the answers given, it's urgent & necessary to find who LEAKED my letter to the Pres to YOU!".
