MDC applauds Mugabe

The Movement for Democratic Change MDC applauds the move taken by President Robert Mugabe's government of removing Zanu-PF and military commanders from Save conservancy if the decision was done in good faith and good spirit.

The MDC shall continue to mercilessly press President Mugabe down over the disorderly and partisan parceling of conservancies to documented corrupt and selfish Zanu-PF activists and military chiefs.
 
We have not drifted from our position regarding fair distribution of natural resources and the need to give first priority on wealth to communities.
 
The withdrawal of twenty five year leases shall remain  meaningless unless and until the same has been done in other conservancies such as Bubi, Midlands, Gwai and Chiredzi conservancies where most political crooks are hiding.
 
The MDC will not renege on confrontation with the Robert Mugabe adminstration over the corrupt looting of natural resources under the guise of wild life based land reform program.
 
Our concern is on Zanu-PF's abuse of office and military approach to economic and civil matters.
We are insisting on the need to appoint a probe team to peep into the controversial scramble for conservancies and discriminatory licencing of professional hunters.
 
The MDC views the withdrawal of twenty five year leases as cheap political grandstanding meant to divert the people's
attention from the current life threatening economic crisis.
 
Political criminals are hiding under the cover of liberation war credentials and economic empowerment to loot the available natural resources.
The MDC will only embrace non partisan people centred political and economic programmes not cheap kindergarten talk shows.
