A Plumtree woman was left nursing wounds inflicted by her husband after she allegedly refused to pose for a home made sex recording.
The woman, Siphephile Nyoni (34), revealed that her husband, Amos Nyoni (38), who works in South Africa, ordered her to undress so that he could take pictures and videos of her naked body.
The woman reportedly demanded to know why the man wanted to do such a thing and Nyoni told her that he loves taking naked pictures and videos so that he would look at them whenever he "misses her".
The woman however, let down her husband when she refused and instead gave him some pictures she had taken before. Nyoni pretended as if he had no problem with her wife's decision, but during the night when the two began enjoying "mummy and daddy's up and down game", the woman realised that her husband was filming her.
Hell broke loose when she snatched the phone which her husband was using and the man retaliated by beating her up. Fearing for her life, the woman escaped and rushed to report the matter to the police leading to the arrest of the accused.
Nyoni pleaded not guilty when he appeared before Magistrate Livared Phillemon facing domestic violence charges. He however, told the court that they had a misunderstanding after the woman accused him of showing their naked pictured to his friends. Nyoni also revealed that he never forced his wife to take naked pictured, but he did it with her consent.
Magistrate remanded the accused out of custody to Tuesday for continuation of trial.
