Reforms before elections

While a lot of people seem to support the MDCs on their stance on no elections before electoral reforms, I feel the formations are either in denial about their common knowledge about ZANU-PF or are void of strategic planning or just came into Zimbabwe recently after living out of the country too long. Any one that has worked closely to ZANU-PF government will know that these criminals have a way of pushing serious matters aside in total agreement with any form of law in Zimbabwe and cannot be moved by such as MDC boycott.
The earlier effect of economic collapse of 2008 has MDCs fooled that ZANU will invite them back into government or will cause the corrupt government to consider any reforms, if so it will only be for the good of ZANU and nothing more. 35 years and a short stint in government during the GNU must be enough to make anyone understand that ZANU-PF is led by a mafia group that cares about nothing other than enriching themselves and being hero worshiped.
The opposition is currently at the best position that ZANU-PF wants them to be at, absolutely divide, directionless, power hungry, contemptuous, and all the time trying to catch their own tails. As the economy slides ZANU-PF using the division within the opposition will get another term whether Mugabe is around or not. It is the opposition that has all these years kept ZANU in power. Some of them are not aware how far they have to go before giving the next person a chance, some have crafted their parties to ZANU copy, shouting down and humiliating those that are not in agreement with them. Others think that unless they become president of the country first they can never step down they have to hold on while not accepting intelligent advice from anyone while running the opposition to a mere shadow.
ZANU has a history of destroying its opposition by using the best within the opposition ranks, our opposition parties are blessed with intelligence that only looks at their presidents not being taken out of power hence creating what keeps ZANU in power.
MDC-T took people out if their opposition jobs in parliament to give ZANU-PF less conscious of guilty as they carry out their corrupt business and now refuse to participate in by elections, what a shame this will not move ZANU at all but give them a good time they enjoyed before the arrival of MDCs and any meaningful opposition.
History has ZANU-PF conducting elections without any meaningful opposition and declaring itself the winner, now comes MDCs from out of the country to boycott what the elections, one wonders what this will achieve for the MDC except a word of mouth or piece of paper to say there are changes which will never be complied with. ZANU-PF is used to this game and without proper planning and unity of purpose by the opposition, there will be no changes at all.
I enjoy when I read in some comments or articles where some leaders are being made into gods and worshipped as if they have achieved anything when the opposite is true. Opposition politics in our country has a long way to go. The opposition leaders are happy to leave it as it is as this gives them that status of being heroes and praised at every turn.
Only a unity of purpose, selflessness approach and admission of failure by our opposition leaders will see changes they so love to boycott elections for.
