The Warriors are far from being a one man outfit but a collective and team work will pull the squad through in Gabon 2017 Africa Cup Of Nations (AFCON), team captain, Willard Katsande has said.
Warriors preparations have been rocked by Mamelodi Sundowns player Khama Billiat weird behavior as he took his time to join camp.
Billiat claimed that his club ordered him to rest but was spotted in night clubs and playing social soccer.
That caused a rift within the players in camp with some saying he is being treated with kids gloves.
Zifa officials said they cannot intrude into Billiat's private life.
He only showed up on Monday.
However, Katsande told reporters in Harare today that team work and not individualism was vital.
"I think we need to thrive on team effort. Team work will take us far.
"We are not going to look at individuals as long as we are going to work as a team, we are going to make our individuals look good. So it's more like team effort to overcome those big names" he is quoted saying.
He added "Unity is very key in terms of what we want to achieve, in terms of how we need to apply ourselves".
Head coach Kalisto Pasuwa is set to announce his final 23 men squad on Wednesday.
He has already dropped five players from the initial 31 provisional squad.
