I was begged to stay put at Bosso - Gumede

Popular Highlanders chief executive Officer Ndumiso Gumede has said was persuaded to extend his contract with the club.
Gumede, who has a long history of association with Bosso will be in charge till the year end.
"I was persuaded to stay on until the end of the year and I feel I still have a couple of kgs of energy to expand in the execution of my duties'. He was due to retire last year.
He added : "It would be great to see the restructuring of the club taking shape before I leave and also leaving at a time when we have managed to resuscitate the Highlanders Royals, our ladies team and the netball team make me happy."
