The Castle Premiership title comes to a photo finish this weekend. Question is who between Caps United and FC Platinum will walk away with the title?

In probably the toughest league race in recent years, Chicken Inn grabbed the the Uhuru cup, beating highlanders 2-1 through goals by Mitchell Katsvairo and Obadiah Tarumbwa while bosso replied through Bruce Kangwa who is now playing for Azam in Tanzania.

Hiighlanders had to wipe tears of that loss winning the ZNA charity cup through a 4 - 2 penalty shoot out win over Sunshine City boys Harare city.

Ngezi Platinum FC fondly known as Madamburo wrote their own piece of history lifting the Chibuku Super Cup beating fancied fellow platinum miners, FC Platinum, Kugona Kunenge Kudada,  3-1 at Baobab Stadium in Mhondoro.

One more silverware remains up for grabs and that is the PSL Championship which will be decided with a photo finish this weekend on the very last games of the seasons.

CAPS United "Makepekepe" will be looking forward to seal their first league title in eleven years by beating bogey boys Chapungu.

The in form Harare giants have managed some inspirational wins against sides that normally haunt them in their run this season beating Dynamos 1-0, Chicken Inn 2 - 1 in the first round of the season.

United made their intentions clear in the second half during first round posting vital wins over Tsholotsho,  Triangle, Border Strikers and Harare City sending warning that Chapungu will not have it easy in the last game.

While some sections of fans will be arguing that it won't be easier for caps United to attain maximum points at Ascot as there is fear of the unknown on who will survive the relegation which is yet to be finalised. Chapungu can be the party spoilers for the high flying green machine.

The championship hungry log leaders Makepekepe last won the league in 2004 and 2005 as back to back achievement with Charles Muhlauri,

On the other hand second placed FC Platinum 2 points behind CAPS United, will not be having it easy either as they will  be visiting relegation fleeing Tsholotsho who are also in a form of their own that ended hopefuls Highlanders who they agonisingly beat in their own backyard.

FC Platinum can also bank on their terrific form which all but nailed Highlanders last week with a 3 - 0 thumping setting the stage for a bruising encounter with Tsholotsho.

The Zvishavane based miners who need nothing but a win against Tsholotsho will be hoping CAPS United would either lose or get a draw at Chapungu where they will have advantage of a superior goal difference to be crowned champions.

At the bottom, FC Platinum is faced with the trouble that Tsholotsho themselves need nothing but a win to stay above Mutate City to survive relegation if two teams are confirmed as being relegated. Tsholotsho saw their fate go up in smoke when they lost to Bulawayo City over the weekend after back to back wins great wins against Highlanders and How Mine.
