AS Bosso woes mount, the Bulawayo giants have been slapped with a $4 000 fine by the Premier Soccer League (PSL) for the unruly conduct of their fans in two matches played at Barbourfields Stadium since the beginning of the season.

The fines are, according to the PSL standing order offences and fines, as of the month of August.

Highlanders were fined $2 000 for pitch invasion and missile-throwing by fans during a league match against How Mine on July 6 which Bosso won 2-1 and for missile-throwing by fans during the 0-1 defeat to Dynamos on
August 9.

The Bulawayo, giants currently in turmoil regarding the status of head coach Kaindu, face censure from the PSL for the violence that erupted at Hartsfield Rugby Grounds when they lost 1-3 to ZPC Kariba on Sunday after their fans threw missiles onto the pitch and an ambulance was stoned.

ZPC Kariba said two of their players were injured while a Bosso juniors player, who was a ball boy during the match, received a cut on the head.

Highlanders welfare manager Willard Mashinkila Khumalo has also been slapped with a fine of $125 after he was expelled from the technical bench following a protest against referee Thomas Masaa's decision to wave play on when striker Gabriel Nyoni was brought down inside the penalty box on the stroke of half time in Bosso's first league match on April 5 at Ascot Stadium.
