Murwira played as a defensive midfielder while Mukanga was attack link while Machapa and Mambare where our wingers.
Simba partnered Bulaji upfront. Dynamos started off on the backfoot with Mutuma full of running showing a lot of enthusiasm but he was kept under lock and key by Mbara.
Dynamos had a clear sight at goal but Bulaji failed to beat Twaliki from close range and Simba blazed over his effort. The next attack went to to Caps and they forced a corner which Pfimbidzai flighted in and un marked Jangano poked in from three meters out.
Makepekepe threatened to extend their lead but against run off play Dynamos forced a free kick on the right flank.
Mukanga found himself unmarked in the box and headed the ball in to make it 1-1. The referee who spoiled the entertaining match with questionable calls to and against both Dynamos and Caps.
If we thought we had seen it all in the first half, oh boy were we wrong though it lacked goals the second half kept everyone on the edge of their seats.

After the match fizzled to a full time draw we headed for penalties.
