'One Way to Heaven' to launch second album

After a successful breakthrough into the music industry, One Way to Heaven (a seven member female gospel group comprising talented singers filled with compassion and love for gospel music which has been inherited since their childhood days till this very day) is set to launch their new album titled 'Uma ngikhumbula' on December 6, 2013 (1800-2000hrs) at the prestigious Amphitheatre, Bulawayo.
"Uma Ngikhumbula" is a 12 track album that was produced by Israel Yoyolane and recorded at the House of Rising Sound Studio in Gwabalanda.
The album has already caught the attention of christians, who have lauded the album as "excellent".
All of their songs featured on the album are original compositions.
In the weeks since the album has been premiered in various platforms, executive producer and group manager Hloniphani Ndlovu said he has been overwhelmed by the positive reaction it has received.
During an interview Ndlovu said that as a group they have tried to create a product with great songs which they are optimistic will really strike a chord with the public while taking the group to new heights and turn a new page in their ministry.
"We honestly believe as gospel centred people, that the Holy Spirit moves in the songs, and One Way to Heaven is just another vehicle in seeing the phenomenal message of freedom, salvation and restoration flow out through sound and song," he said.
"We want to unlock this spiritual inheritance and see God move in a new and profound way in this nation and the nations around the world," he concluded.
The album launch will be celebrated with special performances by South Africa based gospel artist Knowledge Nkiwane whose power of beautiful and unashamed praise will be enough to make a grown man cry.
National and international travelling imbube group Impumelelo shining stars with their dynamic arrangements using the simplicity yet dynamism of vocal harmony are lined up as well.
