Zanu PF Poltburo Member Jonathan Moyo, who is believed to be spearheading the G40 faction angling to block Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa from succeeding President Robert Mugabe, has described the Command Agriculture programme as a corrupt, looting scheme.
In April Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa said people should not listen to what is being said on Twitter about the programme.
"Do not mind Twitter, Command Agriculture is on the ground, not on social media," said Mnangagwa.
However, Moyo took to Twitter again to express his views on Mnangagwa's Command Agriculture.
"I support Command Agriculture but not its corrupt implementation as a looting scheme & a parallel structure for a Lacoste power grab!," reads Moyo's tweet.
